These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Sanjay Fashions, Plot No 322, Shanthi Nagar, Nandabakkam, Chennai 600 069. The details we agree for a specific order, such as price, quantity and delivery date, take priority over these general terms.

Quotes

Prices on this website are not listed. Every order is quoted on WhatsApp or in writing based on the product, fabric, quantity and finishing you choose. A quote is valid for the period stated in it.

Samples and approval

Where a sample is agreed, we stitch it for you to check before making the rest of the order. Production starts once you approve the sample, the sizes and the quantities.

Your logos and designs

When you ask us to add a logo, crest, label or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We use your artwork only for your order.

Delivery

We agree a delivery date before production starts. If something outside our control could delay your order, we will tell you as early as we can and agree a new date with you.

Payment

Payment terms, including any advance, are agreed with each quote.

Checks and corrections

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any stitching defect or shortfall as soon as you can. We will repair, replace or make up the shortfall. Because orders are made to your sizes and specifications, we cannot take back pieces that match the approved sample and order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Chennai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
